I found the original key (on the original album) to be somewhere between Fm and F#m. The Beatles, I think, rather enjoyed tuning up or down to suit their vocal characteristics. I also found it in the key of Fm (sounded like they were actually rehearsing this song, and probably were) from a downloaded Mp3 from one of the share sites. However, the F#m key is much more simple for the guitar, so here is what I have. The lyrics are straight from the record. Any chord mistakes are of my own doing. Enjoy!

If you listen carefully you can hear the individual chord notes plucked during the verse, along with the B chord notes played on the 11th fret. However, B played on the 2nd fret does just as well.
