I've felt that the tabs of Ben Yao and J. Gonzalez needed some minor changes in order to sound more like the recorded version.
Instead of starting from scratch, I've modified their tabs and added the lyrics. (Thanks!) 

Thus, here is my "polished" version (which is also my first real tab):
