Nickelback - Where? Guitar tabulature

Song   : Where?
Band   : Nickelback
Album  : Curb (1996)
Tuning : Dropped-D (D A D G B E)
Tab By : Mike Eheler (meheler@canada.com) on Sept. 23/2002
Notes : It appears that there's no tabs out there on the net for this song.
         Thanks to Michael Feeney for pointing this out to me. Anyhoo the intro
         is played with a bit of a phaser kinda effect thing. You'll know it
         when you hear it. Just the part where an open d chord is being struck
         randomly. The rest of the song is straight ahead. The song has two
         guitar parts that for most of the song play the same part, but at
         times you can hear the 2nd guitar add a little flavour here and there.
         I've just tabbed the main line for a single guitar.

         Any corrections, please feel free to email me.

INTRO
For the intro part just kind of hold an open D chord (0 0 0 2 3 -) and strike
some strings randomly in/around the middle of the guitar (meaning don't usually
hit the low D string or the high B/E strings, unless you want to..)

x  = dead/muted note
h  = hammer on
/  = slide up
\  = slide down
br = bend and release

   RIFF A (- = 1/4 beat)
e:-----------------:-----------------:-----------------:-----------------:

End on a D5 (0 0 0 - - -)
Bass plays D-F-C-A progression under "I wa-uhs wrong..."

You can play RIFF Ca or RIFF Cb below. RIFF Ca is just a standard chord
progression, which I believe is played by guitar 1. RIFF Cb is a little more
difficult, but attempts to combine the sounds of both guitars into one part.

   RIFF Ca (- = 1/4 beat)

End on a sharply hit D5 chord (0 0 0 - - -)
Bass plays D-F-C-A progression under "I wa-uhs wrong..."

Play RIFF Ca/Cb twice

   RIFF D (- = 1/4 beat)               (- = 1/8 beat, play twice)
e:-----------------:-----------------:---------------------------------:
b:-----------------:-----------------:---------3/4\3-----------3-------:

In the 2nd bar of RIFF E you can do the same thing as in the 3rd bar of
RIFF Cb if you'd like.

   RIFF E (- = 1/4 beat)

d:-8-8-x-8---8-8-8-:10---------------:

Play RIFF A twice
Then solo over RIFF Ca/Cb (In the recording, the background is at a much
lower volume, and there's more texture to it. Just improvise and have fun
over that chord structure).

   RIFF F (- = 1/8 beat)
e:---------------------------------:---------------------------------:
b:---------------------------------:---------------------------------:
g:---------------------------------:---------------------------------:
d:-0-----x-------------------------:-0-----------------------3---0---:

d:-0-----x-x-x-3h5---x-3h5---x-3h5-:-0---------x-3h5---x---x-3---0---:

Play RIFF Ca/Cb twice
Play RIFF D twice
Play RIFF E
Play RIFF A 1/4 times, holding the first note of the 2nd bar to finish
the song
